Our team is fully trained in HOA requests, building codes and right of way restrictions, as well as handling permits and utility marking. We will also be happy to take you on a tour of some of our finished and under construction pools as well as the masonry yard and tile store to help you pick the perfect combination for your design. At Custom Pool & Spa Concepts, we use only the highest quality products and equipment just as we did on our own pool.

Once a contract is signed, Custom Pool & Spa Concepts takes care of the rest. From city permits and home owners' association approval to the day you are given a pool school.

Communication is very important throughout the process. We talk with you each day to discuss the project, make changes, and give scheduling information.

A deep utility easement and small yard made this outdoor project a challenge. These needs were meet by keeping the depths of the pool shallow at both ends “Sports Pool” for volleyball or just an area for fun for the kids. Continuing the look, we added a sheer descent wall and brass scuppers to this unique spa.

Flagstone decking creates a large area for entertaining. The flagstone steps lead up to an additional area for seating or sun, overlooking the 3-tier platform that features a planter and fountains. The stacked cobblestone wall features three sheer descent water features. Continuing the look, stacked cobblestone flows around the spa and spill over.  By adding a round table with stools and additional benches gives the homeowners the large area they needed for entertaining their family and friends.

This homeowner wanted a traditional style pool with a fun and inviting feel. We met their needs by adding a beach entry at each end, and an oversized spa with extra seating added bubblers give this pool that fun and inviting flare all its own.

Meeting the homeowners need for a tropical pool, we added a natural rock grotto with seating. Additional moss rocks were added to the grotto to continue the flow of the waterfall around the planters and into the pool. Planters where added around the pool completing the tropical look.

This backyard project had a utility easement 15’ deep making the area for a swimming pool and spa small. The homeowner wanted a backyard get away, to help block out the sound of the traffic. All these needs were met by adding a moss rock waterfall and onyx plaster give this pool and spa a lagoon look. Stamped concrete complemented the flagstone coping, tying this project together giving the homeowner the relaxing get away in their backyard.

This flat yard now has added depth. A stacked stone wall with added flagstone accents gave the height needed to add texture to this yard. Flagstone steps lead up to a fire-pit and an additional seating area.  The stone selection was accented throughout the yard, and flagstone coping completed the look.

A feeling of their hometown was incorporated in this backyard escape. We used pavestone pavers and pavestone coping giving the feeling of the old cobblestone roads. A focal point was added by placing a circular pattern in the pavestone decking adding a cozy touch for seating.

This pool features a weeping moss rock wall which gives the yard a natural look. To avoid the look of handrails, larger boulders were placed around the spa. This gave the pleasing owners an aesthetically entry.

By adding slate coping and copper scuppers to this contemporary style pool, it has given this small yard a rustic feeling. The ceder arbor adds shade to this cozy sitting area while relaxing by the fire.
